Has anyone been to New Zealand? I've just recently applied for secondment to New Zealand and would like to find out what's like on that side of the world. I'll greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with some useful information about that country.

Many thanks

Hi, thanks for the info. Actually, the secondment I applied for is only for next year and I still don't know if it will come through, so I can't tell you which city I'll be going to nor how long I'd be there for ( but I'd imagine it's 3 months). I just heard from people that NZ is quite laid back and is a beautiful place for people that appreciate nature and since our office there is also looking for people for short term secondment, I thought I'd apply and see what comes through.

I don't think I'd want to do bungee jumping, but I'd LOVE to do sky diving! It's my dream!

Thanks again for the info, much appreicated.

I have been there only one time, and the city I visited is Auckland, which is a clean and lovely place. However, it was quite long time ago.

However, there are lots of Taiwanese and Chinese over there, may be if you can read Chinese and post specifically what your are looking for right here, then some others may can be of help.

Good luck to you!!
